As I’m reading, I can’t really get into the whole “fantasy” setting or genre. I’ve always said that the minute I hear about a dragon or a castle or some sort of magical hocus-pocus, I put the book down or turned off the movie.
This book, though, seems like to me more like a coming of age story. That’s when you have a person who, for whatever reason, goes from immature to mature, and finally “grows up.”
And what is the deal with Ulfius?
